When Mike first started, he made every mistake in losing weight. Learning from his own mistakes and the help of a few fitness mentors, he finally learned the exercise and nutrition strategies that gave him is ideal body.

A few years ago, he decided that he wanted to help others change their life through fitness the same way he’d changed his life. He became certified as an ISSA Personal Trainer and started training people full-time.

Eventually Mike started specializing in ab training, and he became known as a “six pack abs coach.” He trained hundreds of people using his own system, and kept refining it and improving it over time.

For the past Decade, he has been known as the internet fitness celebrity that created the program, “Six Pack Shortcuts,” because it’s the proven way to get six pack abs, fast. He also has helped hundreds of thousands of people get in shape through his free videos on his personal youtube channel.

Mike teaches through all his program that you can get results quickly, if you know the right information and apply it to your health and fitness goals.
